Give temporary staff mobile credit without monthly contracts
Put the last day of the assignment on the roster before you issue the first top-up. The manager can then see when to stop scheduled credit, collect any company device and approve an extension if the job runs longer.

Build a roster with an end date
Five workers with R60 each for a two-week assignment need R300 in face value before fees. A sixth worker needs an approved roster update. Keep the worker ID, assignment, manager, work purpose, dates, approved product and amount, order reference and any device handover together. Limit access to the contact details needed for delivery.
Tell workers who to call if credit doesn’t arrive, what it can be used for and how to return any company device or SIM. Set a reminder before the end date. If the roster changes week to week, check it before the next round of top-ups. If a worker’s contract is extended, have the manager approve and record the new end date before the next release.
Close access when the assignment ends
Stop future allocations and close any ordering access. If someone leaves early and an order is already in progress, check its original reference. Use the approved roster and supplier records to match planned and issued credit, and assign open orders to someone who can follow them up.
Decide in advance how the company handles unused credit on staff phones and company devices. Check the supplier terms before promising it can be recovered. Record returned devices and SIMs, outstanding exceptions and the date access ended.
