No, after you have placed an order for a specific mobile number you may not recharge the same number with the same value for 10 minutes. However, you can recharge with a different value in the waiting period.
You will need to contact the Network by telephone with the PIN number and serial number of the voucher in question.
No, only PINNED vouchers can be tested on DEV and we will return a fake voucher to you. (If the fake vouchers work in the real world, kindly let us know!)
The USER number is in fact the number associated with your account in our system, which is in turn associated with the mobile number that you registered with. The USER number is contained in the first SMS which we sent to you during registration. If you have deleted the SMS then login at www.freepaid.co.za, click on reports, then SMS log, and find the first SMS we sent you. To find the USER number for the DEV site, login at http://www.freepaid.co.za click on Reports, then SMS log, and find the first SMS we sent you.
You will need to call our office and arrange that, 0861778800, alternatively mail us a request and the reason why.
Login to www.freepaid.co.za and go to Reports, Tax Invoices. Print. Be sure that you have completed your details correctly as Tax Invoices can not be altered after month end. Login and complete the section "Edit my Details"
Our pricing is LIVE at all times, and is reflected only in in the webservice call. Because we are part of a very large buying group, we are offered specials and we pass any such savings on immediately in order to keep our pricing as competitive as possible.
